Delicious hand made'casse-croute' staples like poutine's, burgers, & hand made traditional fries. Poutines are next level, stacked with fresh local cheese curds, gravy, & your choice of toppings. The galvaude is a traditional version topped with roasted chicken breast & green peas. This one was perfect & packed with chicken & peas! Fantastic value, for Delicious scratch made food. Im having the Michigan dog next time!

La best place à saint roch pour une bouffe de fin de soirée!

Pas la plus grosse salle à manger, mais de toute façon quand tu commande en takeout c'est tellement chaud que si tu habite à 10 min de marche, cest encore chaud quand t'arrive chez toi.

Le staff est crissement friendly aussi, j'ai honnêtement rien a redire 🫶

Casse-Croûte Chez Gaston is a great little hole-in-the-wall spot for classic Quebec casse-croûte fare. Their club sandwich is excellent, & you can switch out the fries for a poutine for just three bucks more-a deal worth taking. Drinks are a bit pricey, but that seems to be the trend everywhere these days. Overall, an excellent stop for casse-croûte lovers like myself.
