Excellent service, j'ai adoré que le cuisinier me questionne sur mes préférences afin d'adapter la poutine à mon goût. Moins dispendieux que la moyenne des restos. Le décor ne vaut pas le détour, mais une belle découverte.

I came to Quebec City with some friends for the ComicCon of 2024. Our Airbnb place was RIGHT beside Chez Gaston. We all love their poutine. They are soooo good. 5 stars all around.

We went here strictly for the poutine not the ambiance. Went to another very highly rated restaurant last year in pursuit of good poutine & were sadly disappointed so this year I researched & found this off the beaten path place & we were not let down. The menu is simple but food is good.

Ben coudonc! C'est de la bonne poutine chez Gaston! 🥳 J'ai pris une italienne, 0 regret. Une bonne sauce spaketti maison, des frites parfaitement cuites avec amour (pis sûrement un peu d'huile aussi), en masse de fromage qui fait squick squick; le tout servi avec un grand sourire. En plus la musique était pas mal cool! Bravo poutine italienne de chez Gaston. Pis bravo les Gastons qui travaillaient là vendredi soir!
