I was in Quebec a couple weeks ago & was looking for some food after going to a concert & came across this place.

The poutine from here is top tier & i would recommend coming it!

Fraîchement arrivé à Québec, j'étais à la recherche d'une adresse pour manger ma première vraie Poutine sur le sol canadien, nous avons trouvé ce restaurant un peu par hasard.

Nous avons été superbement accueilli par les employés, les menus sont simples & bien expliqués & la cuisine est ouverte.

J'ai commandé une poutine Sylton en grand format & une poutine Poutinium moyenne en moyen format avec en side des jalapenos farcis.

La générosité Québécoise était au rendez-vous & nos poutines étaient bien chargées mais surtout très délicieuses ! Les jalapenos étaient bon mais à faire refroidir avant de manger haha !

Un autre point positif est que le lieu malgré sa petite taille était très propre & j'ai pu constaté pendant que je mangeais que les surfaces de travail ainsi que les tables étaient régulièrement nettoyés.

Je recommande l'adresse & je vous conseille de tester la poutine avec une petite ou moyenne size pour commencer.

Amateurs & Amatrices de viandes, la poutine Sylton est votre amie 😁.

Je reviendrai quand je serais de nouveau à Québec & merci pour l'accueil, on se sent bien chez vous & on se régale !

This place was recommended by a local & it did not disappoint. The potatoes were a bit sweet (I noticed Quebec fries are usually like this) which isn't a bad thing.

Cheese was squeaky although I wish it was more melted & hot.

I liked the ambience of this spot; just a small shop where you can watch them make the poutine in front of you. Poutine is a simple dish & this is the type of atmosphere I prefer, rather than some pub/restaurant. I stumbled upon this spot due to the overwhelming recommendations online (i.e. Reddit). Now is it the best poutine I've had? Maybe, or maybe not, I can't even remember all the ones I've tried. But it was very good & authentic tasting. I have tried very similar tasting ones in Gatineau, Montreal, & Ottawa. With that said, I would recommend if you're in the area but poutine is a simple dish & I'm sure any other authentic spot will be just as good.

Hot dogs are delicious, I took their Michigan & regular hot dog , both are amazing , the chef is taking his time to cook food & delivering it quickly, people here are very kind & helpful, I can't speak French ..they explained everything clearly in English. I would definitely recommend this place.

Chaudement recommandé par des amis, nous avons essayé la poutine de Chez Gaston. C'est bon, mais sans plus. Le poulet de la poutine galvaude était froid, même si mangé sur place. La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer aussi.

Poutine au top ! Que ce soit la classique ou une autre, elles sont toutes délicieuses. Il y en a pour tous les estomacs (micro, petits, moyens ou grands). Les poutines sont servi généreusement (surtout le fromage en grains) & les frites sont bien croustillantes ! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, accueillant. La déco est jolie aussi. Je recommande à 100%

Excellent hole in the wall place for late night eats & poutine. The Michigan hot dog was incredible! Poutine au sauce brun was delicious, not too salty, fries were perfect. Highly recommend!

One of the best places to eat so far! The goat burger was phenomenal & the poutine was great. Loved supporting this small business! Highly recommended.
