Excellent service malgré qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde & qu'il était seul pour tout gérer ! Super agréable de jaser avec le cuistot. La nourriture est excellente, clairement le meilleur casse croûte au Québec! Je vais revenir c'est certain !

This place was recommended by a local & it did not disappoint. The potatoes were a bit sweet (I noticed Quebec fries are usually like this) which isn't a bad thing.

Cheese was squeaky although I wish it was more melted & hot.

I liked the ambience of this spot; just a small shop where you can watch them make the poutine in front of you. Poutine is a simple dish & this is the type of atmosphere I prefer, rather than some pub/restaurant. I stumbled upon this spot due to the overwhelming recommendations online (i.e. Reddit). Now is it the best poutine I've had? Maybe, or maybe not, I can't even remember all the ones I've tried. But it was very good & authentic tasting. I have tried very similar tasting ones in Gatineau, Montreal, & Ottawa. With that said, I would recommend if you're in the area but poutine is a simple dish & I'm sure any other authentic spot will be just as good.
