The menu centers on crispy, hand-cut potatoes smothered in rich, savory gravy and squeaky fresh cheese curds, establishing a standard for traditional regional recipes. Beyond poutine, the kitchen prepares substantial burgers featuring thick, charred patties served on toasted buns with classic toppings that emphasize texture and flavor balance. Artisanal sandwiches round out the menu, providing substantial options made with freshly sourced proteins and condiments. The environment prioritizes efficiency and a utilitarian approach to casual, no-frills service for patrons seeking hearty, calorie-dense staples. Every dish reflects a commitment to core preparation methods that define the provincial snack bar experience through consistent ingredient quality and precise cooking techniques.

This may not be your average Michelin starred experience, but you get 100x as many meals. Any fast food chain should look to these guys as an example of optimal quality to price, as these guys have maxed it out completely. I wouldn't come here for the health benefits, but absolutely do come here for the mental health benefits related to their food...you'll probably leave happy, & with money still in your bank account.

From a food perspective, it's pretty damn solid. The poutine was incredibly tasty & comforting. The one I had was topped with fresh to order onion rings, which alone were worth the visit. The other food that I saw looked damn good too. It was unfortunate I came here for 2nd dinner/snack, but I'll definitely be back for 1st dinner & 2nd breakfast whenever I'm nearby.
