Excellent restaurant & une ambiance du tonnerre. Un très bel endroit, chaleureux & c'est le plus beau resto bar spectacle au Québec. J'y retournerai c'est officiel & je le recommande amplement à tous ! Très bon service & accueil du personnel!

Karina offre un excellent service. La côte de boeuf au jus est magnifique !! Le spectacle super bon, même assis sur nos chaises. Nous y retournerons sans faute!

Très mauvaise expérience. Je comprend les difficultés actuelles MAIS si vous n'êtes pas en mesure de livrer le minimum de qualité & de professionnalisme que toute clientèle mérite...

Les aliments étaient tièdes au mieux (côtelette de veau tiède, sauce tiède, légumes grillés à peine plus que température pièce, pâtes froides...). Ok... Ça arrive... Notre serveuse gère rapidement & reprend l'assiette. Elle revient assez rapidement & me ressert la même assiette... avec la côtelette (morceau manquant goûté plus tôt inclus) flippée dans l'assiette pour cacher ce bout manquant avec les pâtes. Beaucoup trop cuite, raide. La sauce a maitenant un épais film sur le dessus. Je la refuse de nouveau. Je regarde ma conjointe manger, attend qu'elle termine & demande l'addition. C'est étrange: ça ne nous tentait même plus de rester pour un spectacle gratuit.

Avec cette première sortie-spectacle depuis plus d'un an avec mon amoureuse gâchée, nous avons quitté vers un autre resto pour le dessert.

À part la serveuse, qui a fait un excellent boulot, je me serai attendu à ce que quelqu'un (gérant, directeur ou autre.. ) vienne voir c'est quoi le problème... Ça me démontre malheureusement que la satisfaction de la clientèle n'est pas le coeur de leur 'expérience-client'.

Non seulement je ne le recommanderai plus, je vais le déconseiller. Je n'y retournerai certainement pas moi-même.

Très belle ambiance, bien décoré, excellent spectacle, très bonne bouffe & excellent service. Seul petit bémol, ma chaise était presque collée sur celle d'une inconnue. Je ne crois pas que la disposition des tables respectait les normes de distanciation physique.
