Service professionnel & attentionné. Repas exquis. Bravo aux cuisines, à Lucille & Olivier. Nous voulions souligner nos 50 ans cette année, difficile dans un contexte de pandémie. Nous n'aurions pas pu choisir meilleur endroit. Maintenant que les restos sont ouverts, je vous encourage à aller visiter toute l'équipe de Chez Muffy.

Incroyable... L'ambiance, le décor, le service, la "bouffe" le vin, le personnel... Rien à dire super belle expérience... Je le recommande à tous! Dommage que nous étions pressé par le temps pour notre spectacle... Merci Muffy.

We were left standing at the front for about 10 minutes to start, even thought we were told that our table was ready.

After being seated, we waited 15 minutes & nobody came to the table to take a drink order or explain the buffet. I went to ask the hostess to please send someone to the table. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I went & asked a second time to send someone to the table.

After a total of about 25 minutes, the server came & apologized & took our drink order.

My wife, who is pregnant was very excited to have some poached eggs but can only have them poached hard. We asked for a poached hard egg & response from the gentleman that was preparing them was simply 'no'.

At this point we were getting fairly upset & the table next to us asked why we were staying to eat instead of just leaving. They had explained that they had asked for an omelet almost 30 minutes before & still hadn't gotten it. They ended up leaving without getting the omelet which was for their 4 year old daughter.

After talking with my wife about how terrible the experience was, the Maitre overheard what we were saying & asked if everything was ok. I told him what we had experienced & he sent over Karine, who to my knowledge is the Dorector of Human Resources. She was very professional & assured us that this was not normal. Our experience was absolutely terrible. The service was horrendous by the hostess & the gentleman serving the eggs, who Karine is made aware of, & the food was not what we would expect for what was supposed to be one of the best brunch menus in the city. Our table server Emily, however, was absolutely fantastic & deserves to be commended for her work, as well as Karine, who handled the terrible experience with class.

The hotel was a fantastic experience, as well as our 2 meals at Bar Artefact & our multiple room service meals. Our experience at Chez Muffy however, is not one I would care to repeat.

My wife & I went to Chez Muffy twice over our stay at Auberge Saint Antoine, & both times our servers were thoughtful & attentive. The food was exquisite & delightful, & our overall experience was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this incredible restaurant to anyone visiting the area or anyone who wants a beautiful date night!

Fantastic New Years Eve gala dinner at Chez Muffy. From the champagne reception in the lobby, complete with blazing fires & festive decor, it really set the tone for a wonderful evening. The food was superb, service impeccable & perfectly balanced ambience with the wonderful singers/musicians throughout. Well done Chez Muffy - having got off to a shaky start with you with a lack of communication since August, you exceeded our expectations & we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Happy New Year & we wish you every success in 2020!!

We had lunch at Chez Muffy's in Quebec City on Friday, December 27, 2019. The atmosphere, food & service were excellent! We would highly recommend to friends & family when they visit Quebec City.
