Très bon restaurant, les plats proposés étaient succulents & le service était hors pair. Seul point négatif, le sommelier devrait avoir une approche plus accessible avec les clients.

One of the best meals anywhere in the world! It was more of an adventure than a dinner. Each course was so exciting- the most creative interplay of ingredients. Also had a wonderful wine that the very knowledgeable sommelier recommended. & the restaurant itself is beautiful. It's beyond perfect!

Gastronomie & fraîcheur des ingrédients impressionnantes. Recommandation du sommelier excellente, mais un sourire aurait aidé. Musicien violoncelliste super idée. Seul bémol au niveau des mets: le plat de champignons où les trompettes de la mort dominaient trop le goût délicat des girolles. Mais c'est un must à Québec!
