This meal was awesome. The sommelier was spot on with Recommendation for wine, & the service staff was kind & attentive. This meal was one of the best meals I've had in Canada. This place will get some Michelin stars when they get to reviewing this area. Easily one of the best in the city.

When we book our reservation I noted my wife needed gluten-free options. When we were seated I reminded the host my wife needed gluten-free options. But, starting with the presentation of the bread & every course thereafter, had to remind the staff that she was gluten-free. Twice they presented her a dish that had a gluten ingredient including her dessert. &... it wasn't as if the restaurant was busy - at most, 5 other table that night - nor unaware of her health concerns.

On top of the many issues getting the dishes right, our bottle of wine had an excessive amount of sediment so much so that the sommelier had to return to the kitchen to fetch a filter to drain the wine. Even then some of sediment ended up in our glasses only to have the sommelier 'assure' us it wasn't harmful nor would we notice it as we sipped the wine. There was never any offer to get us a new bottle.

I wouldn't call our experience fine dinning.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our family members. The dinner was prefixed with pairing wine for each of four courses ; accompanied with chef surprise delights in between.
The staff from host to sommelier & all servers were very professional, welcoming, & knowledgeable. We will go back again when in town.

A fantastic experience: sublime food, attentive service, interesting (in a great way!) wine list. First rate. We felt totally spoiled & got a great view for the fireworks. Thank you!

This meal was a next-level experience, made particularly special by server Kevin! Every aspect of the meal was meticulously executed & a true delight from the start to the end. The wine pairings & service were exquisite. Highly recommended, beautiful ambiance. Very high end, yet unpretentious.
