The 7 course menu was a mixed bag of tasty innovative dishes & less tasty ones. The cod gravalax was cut too thick & was too chewy, the Wagyu beef, while being perfectly cooked, was way tougher than it should have been & my lamb contained a lot of fat. The sea urchin, swordfish & Camembert mousse were delicious. I found the overall presentation of the food to be not as pleasing as I had expected from such a prestigious restaurant & the three hours duration to be too long for my comfort. All in all the value for money wasn't there.

This was a class act from start to finish. Our waitperson Sam knew everything about the restaurant, its history, & all about the menu. There is only a tasting menu of five or seven courses (your choice). Each dish was beautifully prepared & presented. Each dish was delicious. This has probably been one of the best restaurants we have been to.

Beautiful venue, amazing, inventive food creations on both the vegetarian & the regular tasting menu. Service was great & food was explained thoughtfully before each course. Will definitely try it out again.
