Nous avons pris le menu dégustation (5 plats) avec les vins sélectionnés par le restaurant pour accompagner chaque plat. Ce fut un délice. La quantité de nourriture était raisonnable. Le thon, le canard & le homard étaient parfaitement cuits. Les vins provenaient principalement de France. Le service était fort agréable, les serveurs accessibles & plaisants. Le taux d'occupation du restaurant n'était pas déplaisant. Il y avait une belle sélection d'alcools forts comme digestifs. La salle à manger laisse une impression d'un riche immeuble de Nouvelle-France bien entretenu, avec un feu de foyer au gaz qui ne dégage pas une quantité exagérée de chaleur, des murs de pierres & une toiture & des solives en bois massif. Il est particulièrement intéressant d'observer aussi les objets découverts durant les fouilles archéologiques sous l'immeuble exposés à certains endroits.

Ma femme & moi venons de terminer notre lunch chez Muffy. La cuisine (brunch) était excellente, le service courtois & attentionné & l'ambiance très agréable (le lieu est magnifique, & on peut manger dans le calme). Nous recommandons fortement, c'est sûr que nous y reviendrons!

By far the best dining experience I had in Quebec City. Amazing staff & very welcoming. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing 2 people for a total of about $500 USD which is less then another restaurant we tried. You could tell there was passion & art involved & over all it was a great experience. I highly recommend.

We have been to Chez Muffy each time we visit Quebec City & have enjoyed the meal & the experience. But it seems last night experience has siginificantly deteriorated in food quality. We had the a la carte & the portions were much smaller & over priced. The food was much lacking in taste & in the blander side. We had high expectations & very much looked forward to the great meal we had in the past. But very disappointing. Way more expensive & way less appetizing. However kudos to the waitress, the service was good & as expected.
