We booked this restaurant based on reviews & were pleasantly surprised. Everything was well presented & staff was attentive. The quality of the food was good but the peach dessert was just awful. Peaches were unripe & NO FLAVOR!

Sometimes it is hard for restaurants to meet expectations but in this case last evening you met ours. Your staff were attentive without lingering or rushing us. The chef's additional bites were both unique & delightfully delicious. Our entrees were superb.
Our party of four had a really wonderful dining experience.

Excellent selection of bar food. Innovative drinks. Great bartenders & servers.

Lots of artifacts from the digs that were done when the hotel was built adorn the walls.

Steps down to the bar area. No lift or ramp.

Excellent all the way around. Expensive but we knew that. Chez Muffy has some terrible recent reviews on the Internet. We decided to go & had a wonderful dinner. The Frontenac has some guests with recent poor experiences. I let them know that we had an excellent experience. Somehow you have to market yourself better. Jim King

For a price fixed menu it was insulting to have 2 of the 8 items offered with a large supplemental charge. While the sea bass with beurre blanc & caviar sauce was delicious, several of the other courses were a miss. When highlighting salmon it should be a pristine piece not with purple gristle that must be cut out to be edible. Once we finished our dessert, we never had a waiter approach us the rest of the evening.
