Nous étudions 4 convives pour le dîner (souper en Québécois) du lundi 27 juin 2022.
Nous avons tous pris le menu gastronomique avec pairage de vins.
Le repas fut tout simplement exquis. Vraiment exceptionnel! Un de mes meilleurs repas au restaurant depuis un bon moment, & ce sachant que je fréquente des excellents restaurants sur une base régulière.

Great location. great food, great atmosphere, great service. Nothing but spectacular.
They made the best Sangria that i have had. They added vodka to the white Sangria.
I would definitely come back again.

Dans ce très beau cadre chaleureux nous avons passé une superbe soirée. Les plats sont délicieux : l'oeuf avec la vichissoise au caviar est bien équilibré, la canette parfaitement cuite & goûteuse & le dessert à la rhubarbe aussi beau que bon. L'accord mets vins a parfaitement fonctionné. Une très belle adresse pour une belle occasion ! Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Sadly this dining experience, a place we chose for our 10th anniversary dinner, in part because it was in our hotel, was lacking. The staff was lovely & accommodating of dietary preferences— in fact my husbands favorite course was the morel & asparagus, which was off-menu. But otherwise the food was largely under-seasoned, the tomato amuse-Bouche featured cherry tomatoes which were unripe & lacking in flavor & salt, the lobster wasn't as good as lobster left alone & served simply as one would eat at home, & the lemon babà didn't have any kind of decisive flavor & it even lacked in sweetness. I'm sorry to say, but our other two dining experiences in Quebec were much more memorable. On a positive note, the maitre & the staff were all very pleasant & the room has a nice ambiance.

Tellement beau! Serveurs intéressants & sympathiques! Nourriture parfaite! Jamais mangé de si bons canards!! Bravo aux cuisiniers! Bons cocktails à l'auberge! On va revenir..Nous aimerions un menu à la carte puisque nous mangeons que très peu! N.L.

Elevated & elegant gastronomic experience in a stunningly beautiful environment. The subtle music complemented my dining & really allowed me to focus on the excellent meal. What really stood out to me was as well was the fantastic cadre of staff who were affable, efficient & extremely pleasant. This is a must-do restaurant while you are in Quebec City. I highly recommend! Merci Jeremy & tout le monde!
