C'est un peu dispendieux - mais ça en vaut le coût. Il faut le vivre au moins une fois. En ce qui me concerne, je vais y retourner pour des événements importants à fêter.

Quelle expérience incroyable. Tout était extraordinaire. La cuisine était divine, préparée avec soins à partir d'ingrédients locaux. Une explosion de saveurs à chaque bouchée. Le service était impeccable. Chaque service & chaque vin présenté par le serveur & la sommelière.

I want to like this restaurant, because it's associated with my favorite hotel. However, I was disappointed. My aim of this review is to make the restaurant better, not to ruin its reputation.
One course, the wagyu beef, was worthy of the price. All other courses were simply not good. Overly creative & lacking flavor. I'm truly amazed the restaurant has 4.7 stars. Maybe we had a bad night.
Capping all this was an abysmal wine pairing. It was as if the sommelier was attempting to find the most eccentric & unusual pairings. She did. & they all missed the mark.
I miss Chez Muffy, the restaurant Coteau replaced.

The food was amazing. We had a wonderful table for two by the fireplace. Edward, Oliver & Cedrick took GREAT care of us. A lively experience overall!

Tout simplement parfait! Du moment que l'on passe la porte, tout est mis en place pour nous faire vivre une expérience culinaire hors du commun. Chaque plat est une véritable oeuvre d'art. On mange d'abord avec les yeux & l'explosion de saveur qui vient à chaque bouchée est divine! vous avez su nous transporter dans votre univers dans un décor de rêve!!! Superbe expérience à ce restaurant. Un des plus beaux restaurants de la ville de Québec. Service accessible & professionnel, nourriture exquise (note de 10/10 pour le plat de pétoncles!). Grand choix de vins, on a passé un beau moment!

Un exceptionnel repas ! Une note parfaite pour ce menu cinq services «Moment jardin». La délicatesse des saveurs, la présentation minutieuse : un grand travail d'orfèvre culinaire ! & que dire du service, attentionné, professionnel tout en étant chaleureux! Nous reviendrons !

Exceptionnel, à tous égards. Le menu Moment Jardin (végétarien) était inventif, savoureux, extrêmement soigné. Le service était charmant & d'un grand professionnalisme. Mille fois bravo à toute l'équipe.

The entire experience was a delight. The atmosphere is romantic & the waitstaff is attentive. They had no issue making everything gluten free for us. The sommelier was wonderful. We loved the wine pairings & learning about the wine. The food was delicious. Each course had amazing flavors. We loved our special night at Coteau! & though it was a bit of a splurge , it was totally worth it!
