Awesome spot, if you're into third wave you're gonna love it. Croffle was 👌. Fellow Anglo's try speaking French… the barista was super kind & gave me a mini French lesson on dairy vs oat milk when I started to struggle.

We visited because of the excellent reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.

We completely respect that French is the primary language in Québec. However, when we didn't immediately respond to the initial'Bonjour,' it was repeated in a way that felt uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Even after it was clear that we were English-speaking visitors, the interaction continued in French, which made us feel as though we weren't welcome.

The matcha latte was also just average & did not live up to the high expectations from the reviews. We hope the café can offer a warmer experience for tourists, regardless of the language they speak.

Very cute casual local coffee shop with an AMAZING lattes & quality oat milk. Lady was very nice & patient with me practicing my French :3

The cortado & latte were both absolutely excellent. We went every day we were in Quebec, & each time the employees were really welcoming & patient with us when we ordered in very poor French. They speak great English, but when it was clear we wanted to practice our French, they were very kind & even slowed down their own French to help us out.

Also, the croffle was amazing & tasted exactly like a croissant waffle. So fresh & not overly sweet while still being a great treat.

My latte was excellent. The Woman working there, maybe the owner, I am not sure, was very friendly & helpful. I was going to order in French, but she knew right away that I do not speak it well so told me that I could order in English. I requested to try ordering in French since I am still learning the language, & she allowed me to. She was very patient & helpful. Attentive too. If I am ever back in Quebec City, I will be sure to come here again.
