I'm a coffee nerd & this place does it right. Measured input & output & the espresso was one of the best I've ever had!

Meilleur torréfacteur à Québec👌

Nice cafe. Excellent coffee, limited food items, but the "croffle" (croissant waffle) with house-made caramel sauce is perfection.

Peux de choix de patisserie (2 ou 3) & pas varié. N'ont pas de torréfaction foncé. Ne vise qu'un type de clientèle. Il y a seulement du lait, pas de crème. Si c'est dans votre palette de goût, vous allez adorer.

Needed to escape the rain & found this place on Google Maps. I love coffee but not caffeine. Many coffee places don't sell decaf & look at you like a degenerate if you ask for it. But, luckily, they serve decaf. I had a decaf cappuccino & it was so good, I didn't feel the need to add sugar. It had a really interesting flavor, sort of an earthy, slightly salty taste. & the coffee temperature was just right, hot but not scalding. I stayed there until the rain subsided, almost an hour, & no one bother me. Only thing they could do better is advertise; the sign of the place says nothing & you can easily pass by without noticing the coffee shop. & that would be a shame.
