Every part of the process is carefully considered to maximize quality, flavor, aesthetics & responsibility. Simply put, go here...talk to the owner or the barista...ask them about their coffee & their beautiful city. You will walk away with far more than an amazing cup of coffee. Finding gems like DeTerroir are what makes traveling so much fun!

Best coffee in Quebec City... the barista took his time & you can see the passion in his work. Perfectly executed at the best temperature ready to drink. Smooth & tasty. Impressed.

El local es encantador, transmite mucha paz. Me da mucha pena no haber hecho fotos, porque es precioso. El personal era muy amable, tranquilo y sonriente. Banos muy limpios. Venden café en grano de Perú, Guatemala...también merchandising de la tienda (camisetas, gorros, etc.) Había una pequena exposición de fotografías que estaban a la venta. Venden también tazas/vasos de cerámica artesana precioso. Tienen carta de comidas pero no probamos nada. Tomamos un café capuchino y un café americano ( bien tostado)
