Quelle belle présentation de plats! Tout était appétissant & bien assaisonné sauf pour l'entrée d'asperges & quinoa & je servirais des plus petites portions de potage.

Peu de choix d'entrée (1 potage 1 entrée facile, tomate bocconcini que je fais régulièrement chez moi)
3 choix de repas principal on était habitué à plus mais tout était très délicieux. Merci de continuer dans des conditions moins usuelles.
Bravo, le service était impeccable.

Très belle expérience gastronomique. Bon repas, belle présentation & service attentionné.
La seule suggestion que je ferais est que certains plats (ex potage) auraient gagné à être plus assaisonnés.

Bien en général. Le potage St-Germain n'était pas très assaisonné à notre goût; les deux mets principaux étaient excellents, mais le dessert annonçait une tarte au chocolat alors que ce que nous avons reçu ne correspondait pas à nos attentes

Quelle belle soirée ! Un repas délicieux & raffiné, digne d'un grand chef. Le potage était exceptionnel. Les viandes tendres & goûteuses. Les desserts beaux, bons & même trop abondants vue la générosité des portions de tous les plats. Le service attentionné & sans prétention. Le vin abordable. Le tout à un prix défiant toute concurrence. Bravo aux enseignants & aux étudiants de l'École hôtelière. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Nourriture excellente.. le seul négatif est qu'il a fallu demander notre potage avant notre entrée principale car on nous avait oublié.. on n'avait presque rien comme potage car il en manquait. .
