Les plats offerts sont toujours excellents. Le service est par contre extrêmement lent (3 heures...) mais on sait que ce sont des étudiants alors on fait avec;-) Dommage qu'avec une si belle & couteuse cafetière espresso, les élèves ne soient pas formés - nous sommes quand même le 15 décembre, la session achève - à l'utiliser. Terminer un si bon repas avec un café filtre est décevant!

Plats trop sophistiqués, pas très bien réussis. L'accent est mis sur la présentation, non sur le contenu. Pour des apprentis cuisiniers, c'est beaucoup demandé.
