J'adore le concept. Prendre un excellent repas, avec un service digne des grands établissements tout en encourageant le futur personnel de la restauration, c'est gagnant, gagnant. Le seul hic, le stationnement. Il devrait y avoir une section réservée à cet effet, sinon c'est la galère.

Lors de notre dernière visite, le 2022-10-24, le service a été réellement lent. On nous a expliqué que les étudiants étaient en évaluation & que des plats avaient été repris, mais il ne faut pas abusé de cette explication. Le saumon, même avec sa garniture, était peu savoureux... On pensait y retourner en novembre mais on va prendre le temps d'y penser.

Bon accueil, très bon service, souriante
Portion de Osso bucco parfaite mais très peu polenta, légume carotte très dur, j'aurais apprécié plus de polenta & légumes...on ne voyait que le gros osso dans l'assiette
Soupe minestrone trop de pâtes spagettini
Dessert tiramisu excellent mais la moitié aurait suffi...mise en bouche veau ....trop de viande dans ce service...bravo à toute l'équipe!
