Nous avons apprécié au plus haut point notre dîner à l'école. Comme toujours, le menu était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Choix des plats raffinés & traditionnels tout à la fois. Par ailleurs, la présentation des plats très esthétique & que dire de madame Labrecque, charmante & sympathique professeur & maître d'hôtel ! Formidable. Samson, notre serveur a été fantastique ! Le service impeccable, malgré la bévue du café... Un geste de nervosité qui nous a peinés. Par contre, c'est l'apanage de l'apprentissage... Il a tous les atouts pour réussir ! Nous lui souhaitons une carrière des plus florissantes ! Merci & à la prochaine ! Francine & Giuseppe.
