Bonjour. J'ai découvert l'école l'an dernier. Je veux vous dire, que la réception de ce que vous faites & travailler, est hautement appréciée. Je suis qu'un simple aimant des sens, mais! Il y a un "mais". Développer vos talents en cette cuisine réussie, tant par les sauces sirupeuses que par l'agencement esthétique visuel, fera naître un petit quelque chose. Cette chose reste à déterminer, à questionner. Simplement à aimer. Merci!
