Très impressionnant! Plats de grande qualité, belle harmonie entre les aliments composant les plats, très belle présentation. La salle est très agréable avec sa grande fenestration & l'endroit n'est pas bruyant malgré le grand nombre de clients.

Le service aux tables n'était pas fait par des étudiants. Manque parfois de service pour remplir les verres d'eau & le vin. Mais tout de même bien des restaurants n'offrent pas le service que nous avons reçu.

Très belle présentation des services, beau menu varié, bon goût des plats. Bon service. Toutefois, on a dû remplir nos verres de vin vu que nos verres de vin étaient vide & que personne ne venait ( Tres mineur). Erreur de facturation corrigée à la fin. La salle pourrait gagner à être plus décorée sans investir beaucoup, mais ce n'est pas le but d'une école hôtelière. Bonne idée que le cuisinier fasse sa tournée vers la fin; ça lui donne un feed-back de ses clients. En conclusion, belle expérience que nous allons renouveler avec d'autres amis. Marc
