Probablement le meilleur restaurant de tartare de la Région de Québec. Nous sommes allés un mercredi soir avec l'option'Tartare à volonté' qui nous a permis de goûter à 4 différents tartares (boeuf, thon, saumon & crevettes).

Bon restaurant franchisé: service impeccable & belle variété de tartares!

Même si je préfère mes tartares un peu moins relevés, l'agencement des saveurs était bien balancés pour le boeuf, le saumon & le thon.

L'entrée de tataki de thon était petite mais délicieuse.

Les frites sont vraiment ordinaires: je ne suis pas un fan des frites congelées.

Ça reste un bel endroit relax & confortable pour dévorer quelques tartares avec une bonne bière froide.

Excellents tartares. Mon entrée au thon était excellente. Portions 4 ou 8z. Très bon service & ambiance en salle. Prix raisonnables pour ce niveau de qualité.

Chaque fois que nous y allons, nous ne sommes jamais déçus !! L'endroit est propre & l'ambiance agréable.
Encore hier (23/08/2023) nous sommes allés pour le tartare à volonté. Service rapide & courtois, bouffe délicieuse. Coup de coeur pour le thon des Caraïbes.
