We visited in October of 2025. The beer was great the burgers were amazing & the service was excellent despite us not speaking French. The server was very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Belle Brasserie ! Menu impressionnant ! Menu des bières complet aussi! Je recommande. Pour un solide burger à Rimouski! Ne chercher pas plus loins !

I went here despite the 1 negative review I read. I went on a Tuesday night mid August.

I arrived just after 8pm. The waiter confirmed that the kitchen was still open & I would be the last to order food.
I went with the Prokco burger, a classic & the fries. The fries blew me away. They were one of the best sides of fries I've ever had. Perfectly crispy & seasoned. The burger was decent. I should have gone with two patties. Also the brioche bun was a little too thick for the style of burger I ordered. Too much bread.

My wife really enjoyed her beer, the half nacho portion was perfect for her.

We even got to play the Simpsons arcade game.

The place had people there & a good atmosphere

It was a really nice evening.

Bonne variété de bières, le serveur nous a très bien conseillé & le service était assez efficace pour un vendredi soir.

Seul bémol, mon burger (Macbaraque) était un peu fade en terme de goût & les frites étaient décevantes.

La palette de dégustations de bière était délicieuse. Les choix étaient parfaits pour nos goûts. Cependant, j'ai trouvé que tout était cher, surtout pour des burgers très ordinaires. Les frites étaient froides.

Le service est beeeeaaaaaaucoup trop lent. 1h avant de recevoir un burger & un tartare. Le tartare était en fait du boeuf haché...la serveuse ne pouvait pas expliquer correctement le menu.
