Great selection of classic breakfast/brunch fare in a full on Canadiana decorated space. Every dish was beautifully prepared, with quality ingredients (read thick & crispy bacon, Quebec maple syrup, light crepes, & great coffee) & the service was both friendly & incredibly fast. Reservations are recommended for breakfast/brunch as the space is not huge & the place is very popular. Highly recommended.

Location, food, & service were overall great! I will say that some entrees for breakfast/brunch felt small & plates could have used more sides or garnish.

Délicieuses assiettes, ambiance très agréable & serveur sympathique. Le seul bémol serait que certaines assiettes ne sont pas autant garnies que l'ont aurait crus pour le prix.
Tout de même un excellent brunch!

Some of the best food in Canada! Staff are friendly, food is TO DIE FOR!! blend of authentic Canadian cuisine & the French cuisine that influenced it! Cannot recommend enough, if i had to pick something to recommend (which is hard because everything was SO GOOD) I'd recommend the duck carpaccio & the maple-glazed pork shank. Every dessert option was phenomenal, but definitely snag some of the'bûcheron' chocolate cake, it was moist, nostalgic, & from a small local family business! (Plus you can get two free mimosas at brunch service with the coupon on the box) all in all, an authentic taste of old town Quebec!

Déjeuner de rêve aujourd'hui. Nous avons dégusté l'assiette brunch pour 2. Omelette au fromage cheddar & chèvre, saucisse maison, bacon à l'érable, effiloché de jambon & pommes de terre hachée. Pain perdu avec caramel salé, fruits & salade maison. Tout ça avec le service très professionnel de Benoît. Je recommande fortement pour le meilleur déjeuner à Québec 😉

Nous avons pris l'assiette brunch pour 2 & nous avons été épatés par l'excellent service de Benoît ce matin. Je n'ai jamais dégusté un déjeuner aussi savoureux à Québec & je souhaite à tous de vivre ce moment magique. Bravo à toute l'équipe!

We came here yesterday for brunch & had such a great time at La Buchette.

We were two couples & everything was perfect from the start. Great mimosas, relaxed vibe, & an amazing breakfast. We ordered the local brunch plate & the breakfast casserole, & both were absolutely delicious. Fresh, comforting, & full of flavor.

The service really stood out. Our server was friendly, attentive, & gave us great recommendations, which made the whole experience even better.

Big congratulations to the owner, Yannick. You can really feel the passion behind this place.

We'll definitely be back.
