Check the menu on the website, NOT on Google maps, needs some serious updating. The food is mid & not worth paying tourist prices. The Poutine & roasted duck was amazing though, I will admit that!

When you order hamburger, be sure to ask for pink or medium rare. I ordered them on three separate occasions from different servers & none of them bothered to ask how I'd like it done. So they all came out anywhere from well done & very dry.

If you never had poutine you can upgrade your side of fries to poutine for seven bucks. It's pretty decent poutine.

The lunch menu selection is very limited but you may be able to order breakfast past lunch time.

The service is on the slow side so don't come here if you are tight on schedule.

I recommend having the mussels & blue cheese sauce. However don't order it if you go by there yourself. Split it with at least two people if not three & share other dishes.

Overall I think this place is solid but keep your expectation low. It is not nearly as good as the rating suggests. So if you can't find a table don't wait more than ten minutes. You can find alternatives nearby.

Hello,

I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff gave me a very warm welcome, & I was served what might be one of the best poutines I've ever had. The combination of classic poutine ingredients with the pork sides & mustard sauce was outstanding.

After a long walk, this meal felt like a real reward. The atmosphere, combined with the quality of the food, made it one of the highlights of my trip to Quebec.

Highly recommended!

Repas du soir avt de rentrer à la maison. Franchzment de la bonne cuisine. Des portions généreuse, du gout, des assemblages au top, on a passé une bonne soirée. Ben a êté au top toute la soirée. Les plats etaient copieux & tres bons. Mm la poutine soet du lot. On a pu gouter aux crepes annettes flambées au coureur des boi demander qd il y a pas bcp de monde. Alors oui, la qualité ça se paye. Mais ça fait tellement du bien !

Un vrai délice !
Nous avons goûté une poutine & un Burger, c'était excellent. Honnêtement, ce sont les meilleurs frites que nous avons mangés je pense !

Great meal. We enjoyed the poutine to start & the cocktails were excellent. The mussels with bacon & bleu cheese sauce (plus frites) was so good. Others enjoyed the halibut with crème sauce & the French onion soup. Waiter was excellent. Good atmosphere & decor - we'll eat there again!
