We had a lovely evening at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, & the ambiance was perfect. We only had wine & the cold meat board, but it was loaded, & the two of us were so full by the end! Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à La Bûchette! La nourriture était délicieuse, & le service tout simplement exceptionnel. Notre serveur, Jo, était incroyablement attentionné, drôle & très efficace. Nous essayons souvent de nouveaux restaurants, que ce soit à Québec ou à Miami, & Jo est l'un des meilleurs serveurs que nous avons eu depuis longtemps. En réalité, toute l'équipe était formidable; ils semblaient heureux & passionnés par leur travail, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à l'expérience. L'ambiance était parfaite. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant!

After a wonderful day of walking this beautiful city, we indulged in a guided walking/food sampling tour (highly recommend) & circled back to La Buchette. The service & quality of offerings was the perfect ending to our day, Special kudos to Joe as bartender extraordinaire, who provided a special + to our time at La Buchette.

On a recent girl's trip we had the great pleasure of stopping into La Buchette for supper. We had tried to get into another restaurant but a large line up proved to be our good fortune as we moved on looking for a place to eat. La Buchette, with its sweet blue & white gingham covered tables, beckoned to us. The food & drinks were amazing. We started with a cheese & charcuterie board that was plentiful with a good variety of meats & cheeses, along with a scrumptious fig jam. Then we ordered the Arctic Char Tartare, the Waygu Burger & the Lobster Ravioli & we were not disappointed. Each dish was well prepared & delicious. Both the red & white Sangria were delicious & the special drink, Passion Quebecois, was a real experience. Our waitress extraordinaire, Arielle, was very accommodating & provided exceptional service to us. She was very personable & we really enjoyed interacting with her. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. It is a gem & we will return.

We were hesitant when we found out that the only place was sitting at the bar - but we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Seats were comfortable, bar staff & servers were attentive & friendly, food was good. We ended up talking with a new trainee from Peru & staff from USA. Multilingual, funny, engaging & professional. We ended up speaking to other patrons at the bar. We could not have anticipated such a delightful evening. The bar choice is highly recommended.
