Really good happy hour & the food & service were great. We loved the mussels, foie gras & seafood linguine. Our server, Penelope was excellent, very helpful & friendly. Highly recommend this place & it is so much better all the way around versus the 1640 Cafe a few doors away.

Service super sympa & très bonne cuisine..on recommande le tartare de boeuf.. excellent..
Seul bémol..contrairement au tartare, la note est un peu trop salée...

Un déjeuner mémorable à La Bûchette !
Nous avons découvert ce charmant restaurant & avons été conquis. La cassolette & la tartine à la truite étaient tout simplement délicieuses: des plats savoureux, bien présentés & généreux. Le service mérite une mention spéciale : une équipe accueillante, chaleureuse & attentionnée qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Situé en plein coeur de l'action, à deux pas du Château Frontenac, La Bûchette est une adresse incontournable pour quiconque veut bien manger dans une ambiance conviviale. Un vrai bijou à Québec !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à La Buchette ! Les tartares de boeuf & de truite étaient un vrai délice, & le magret de canard parfaitement cuisiné. Un grand merci aussi à notre serveur, souriant & très accueillant, qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Je recommande ce restaurant les yeux fermés

Dîner sur terrasse. Salade était bonne, mais bien ordinaire. Service un peu débordé & mal coordonné, mais une fois assis, c'était bien.

We had a lovely meal here last night! Firstly the inside of the restaurant is so beautiful & cosy. The food we ordered was all delicious, especially the Duck Margret & Beef Bourguignon! The desserts were so yummy, the Bucheron (chocolate cake) was our favourite. Portions all very good & our waiter Richard was so lovely & welcoming. You won't have a bad meal here!! Must visit x
