Our server, Charles, was marvelous. The little things matter. I wanted a smoky Negroni (mezcal instead of gin) & he got it done! Recommended the Angel Cake for dessert. Spot on! Refreshing & not heavy.

Nous avons expérimenté la terasse au premier soir d'ouverture. Le service en passant par les hôtesses, serveuse & gérante étsit excellent! Nourriture était très bonne & goûteuse. La présentation des plats & breuvage à ete fait avec soins. L'ambiance & lanvue sur le château Frontenac était aussi agréable. Je n'ai qu'un seul & c'est WOW! Bravo a toute l'équipe

You might not believe it, but without a doubt, this is the best restaurant you can go to in Quebec - offering real flavor & top-notch quality. The steak (filet mignon), as well as the appetizers & desserts, are exceptional. & of course, the professional waiter Chalres, who honestly knows steak & how it should be cooked even better than the customer does - highly recommended!

Wonderful food & drinks. Service couldn't have been better. Had both breakfast & dinner there. Atmosphere was great: bubbly, cozy, fun. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Une expérience franchement décevante ! Nous avions réservé pour 18 h, mais notre repas n'a été servi qu'à 19 h 30. Une attente interminable où personne n'a pris la peine de venir nous rassurer.

& avec des enfants, c'est encore pire. Les miens voulaient déjà rentrer manger à la maison, convaincus que leurs hamburgers avaient été oubliés. À vrai dire, j'ai fini par me demander la même chose.

Le service ? Inexistant. Tout était incroyablement lent. Les tables arrivées après nous étaient déjà prises en charge, tandis que nous avons dû attendre qu'un serveur veuille bien venir nous voir. Finalement, j'ai dû moi-même aller demander qu'on prenne notre commande. Aucun suivi, aucune attention, j'ai dû aller moi-même demander où en était notre commande. & pour couronner le tout, le poisson & les légumes étaient brûlés. Une soirée gâchée, du temps perdu, & certainement une adresse à oublier !
