Review Summary

La Pizz is widely regarded as a charming and welcoming dining destination located in the heart of Old Quebec City, known for its high-quality, fresh homemade pasta and flavorful pizzas. Many visitors highlight the exceptional level of service provided by the attentive and friendly staff, noting that the restaurant creates a memorable atmosphere, especially when dining on the terrace in Place Royale. While the majority of diners praise the delicious food and the professional team, some reviews mention that portion sizes, particularly regarding the pizza, can be perceived as small relative to the price. Overall, it is frequently described as a reliable and highly recommended spot for those seeking an authentic and pleasant Italian dining experience in a historic setting.

Lasagna with thin, homemade noodles & a really special 2-meat sauce; served by the delightful Audrey, outdoors in the plaza... a perfect evening.

The food was delicious, but the only downside was the portion size. My husband & I ordered a lasagna & a pizza. While both tasted great, the pizza was smaller than expected for a regular size, especially considering the price.

We discovered this restaurant while walking through the streets of Quebec City, & this beautiful little spot caught our attention. The food & service are excellent. There were four of us, & we ordered two pizzas (each pizza is for one person), lasagna, & pasta Bolognese. The food was delicious, the lasagna was super juicy, & the extra bread for $2 was well worth it. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu & shared it between two, & it was also super delicious. I highly recommend it!

This was my first visit to Quebec City, & La Pizz at Place Royale made it truly memorable.

We tried four dishes, chicken lasagna, linguini primavera, chicken pizza, & grilled vegetable pizza. Every dish was spot on. What really stood out was the freshness. The pizzas felt handmade, freshly prepared, & full of flavor.

The taste was comforting & well balanced, with a perfect crust & generous toppings. Everything felt thoughtfully made, & nothing felt rushed or overly heavy.

A special thank you to Theo for the warm service & for making our visit even more enjoyable.

If you are exploring Old Quebec & looking for a great meal, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the city.
