A wonderful, delicious & memorable experience in every way. Put yourself in the staff's capable hands, & open your mind to try any dishes or drinks they particularly recommend. Sit at the bar if you're solo, so you can watch the nonstop activity & hilarious antics in the tiny kitchen. Sit at the bar, period!
High maintenance customers should stay away or set your anxieties aside & go with the flow for a night; that's a big part of the fun. I'm truly grateful to the hardworking crew that made it such a great night, & I'll be traveling back to Quebec again as soon as possible. Merci beaucoup!

What an amazing experience! We sat at the bar & got to watch all the cooking & chopping. We had deer tartare & octopus for appetizers & scallops & chef's entree for main courses. We were too stuffed for dessert but opted for a sazerac instead. Highly recommend, totally worth the $!

La nourriture est excellente & le service aussi. L'ambiance décontractée est agréable. Très belle sélection de vin. Le prix est raisonnable. On recommande fortement.

J'aime beaucoup ce type de restaurant, avec très peu de clients par service. Le service est exceptionnel. Le serveur a pris le temps de jaser avec nous & il nous a fait goûter à plusieurs produits alcoolisés pour qu'on puisse faire le meilleur choix. La qualité de la nourriture était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le menu sur l'ardoise change à tous les jours & nous est expliqué en début de tablée à tous les clients en même temps, comme une pièce de théâtre. C'était ma troisième fois là-bas & je vais continuer de le recommander à tous. Ce restaurant devra toujours être plein! La petite mention sur la porte des toilettes m'a bien fait rire! Ne vous fiez surtout pas à l'apparence extérieure de l'endroit. Elle ne représente pas bien l'expérience que vous y vivrez.

J'ai adoré l'expérience! C'est un minuscule restaurant au décor sans prétention, & l'ambiance est super sympathique! Le serveur était charmant, & la nourriture était étonnante! Si vous avez envie d'essayer une expérience culinaire hors du commun, je vous le recommande!
