Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant pour l'anniversaire d'un de mes meilleurs amis. Tout sur le menu était succulent. Je dois également admettre que le ris de veau est le meilleur en ville. Les plats sont tous originaux & les portions généreuses. La sélection de bouteilles de vin d'importation privée ne déçoit pas & est disponible à des prix raisonnables. Ambiance chaleureuse, on se sent reçu comme si on faisait partie de la famille. L'équipe a su bien nous recevoir, service personnalisé & impeccable. Les 2 serveurs étaient très sympathiques & attentionnés. Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Tous les plats sur la carte étaient originaux & succulents. Le service était exceptionnel. Rapport qualité prix excellent avec de belles bouteilles de vin d'importation privée & des grosses portions dans les assiettes. L'équipe nous a fait passer une soirée mémorable. Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons assurément.

J'y étais allée plusieurs fois, j'avais un bon souvenir mais jeudi passé c'était le désastre. Bouffe tiède, vin servi à moitié sur la table, ( le serveur n'est pas revenu nettoyer!!!), on nous a pas servi les digestifs offerts & payés par un ami... Bref, très mauvaise expérience, je n'y retournerai jamais

Wow! Under expected & over delivered!
A must try while visiting Quebec City.

Had heard about this restaurant which had been highled in an Anthony Bourdain series a few year back, & finally last night got the chance to enjoy it. The space is cosy, & it feels like you are at your friends place for dinner & the staff make every effort to making you live that feeling by providing excellent hospitality.

The ris de veau is a must. It stands up to it reputation. We shared our plates so we could try as many items as possible, & they are well sized so you can easily share them. The meals were cooked using the regular kitchen stoves again adding to the homey atmosphere.

Our waiter created a wine pairing for us & did an excellent job of it. My favorite was a « vins jaune sytle wine » from Roussillon Southern France which was made in a solera method. It paired well with the Morilles starter. If you enjoy trying unique & delicious wines let the waiters guide your experience, our waiter did an awesome job highlighting the food & wine with his choices. Somm-like excellence!

I had read reviews which were against the restaurants music choices 🎶, but really didn't notice it as an issue. Possibly lastnight was an exception but seemed to fit well with the vibe of the place. Sometimes you cannot please everyone. However we were very pleased & the waiter generously shared a few more liquid treats with us which absolutely cemented this place as one of my most favorite resto experiences in ages.

C'était excellent ! C'est comme être reçu chez des ami.es, service chaleureux, bons vins, plats réconfortants, rires assurés. Une cuisine où des aliments de qualité sont au centre de l'assiette.
Merci encore pour cette soirée, on a tripé !

La nourriture est excellente & le service aussi. L'ambiance décontractée est agréable. Très belle sélection de vin. Le prix est raisonnable. On recommande fortement.

C'était exquis !!! Les entrées étaient délicieuses !!
Tu peux aller manger 5 étoiles sans besoin de mettre ton smoking ! Les gens sont très friendly.

Ps: j'ai moins aimé être à côté des toilettes. Peut-être vous pourriez aménager le meuble dès vins & mettre là la table à place ... 🤔
