So dim, not romantic dark, not be able to see the food clearly. Tables are so close to each other, very poor ventilation. It was so nosy that we, party of two, were not able to hear each other without shouting. Service was very very slow. It was a pain in such an extremely noisy environment waiting forever for the food. Regarding the food, it was ok but very disappointed with the duck which had no taste & was tough. For the duck, it would be only 2 stars. We could not enjoy our dinner in such an environment & in fact walked out with disappointment. Sorry for saying bad things of your restaurant but just like to speak out the truth.

My partner & I were warmly cared for by the staff at L'Affaire est ketchup. Everything was memorable, from the way we were greeted, the playlist, the atmosphere, & the conversation! It feels just like being in your own home with friends & sharing a meal. We are looking forward to returning in the future & what the ever-changing menu will have in store! Big love to the staff on the evening of September 16th)!

This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had & we eat out A LOT & have travelled all over. We were 4 people & ordered everything off the menu to try.
The black pudding, sweet bread, beef & fois gras, fish cake were stand out but the entire meal was just exceptional!

The staff are so wonderful, great characters, they stand up at the beginning of service & explain the menu to the entire restaurant which was a unique touch. They recommended great wines to pair with our meal. We will recommend this place to everyone we know. Thank you for such a great experience.
