Superbe expérience! C'est avec un souci du détail hors du commun que le chef Raphaël nous prépare un repas mémorable. Il prend le temps de nous saluer à notre arrivée lors de notre entrée par la porte de la cuisine puis revient nous voir à la fin du repas pour s'assurer que le tout nous a plu. Merveilleux!

C'était notre deuxième visite au Laurie Raphaël de Québec avec mon mari & l'expérience est toujours aussi conviviale. Nous avons adoré les 5 thèmes qui nous ont été servie ainsi que l'accord classique des vins. Merci encore pour cette expérience mémorable.

Quelle expérience ! Nous avons été ravis du début à la fin, mon épouse & moi. Les salutations de la brigade (en cuisine) dès notre arrivée constituent une belle attention qui fait en sorte que nous nous sentons bien accueillis & mettent la table (sans jeux de mots) à une aventure culinaire mémorable. Le service (la courtoisie & les petites attentions), les mets, les accords mets-vins... enfin TOUT était parfait. C'était notre première visite. Nous espérons y retourner dès que possible.
