An amazing culinary experience! From the moment we walked in the door, the hostess took us by the kitchen where we were greeted by the Chefs & their team. Choosing the full experience with wine pairings, we found the selection of mostly locally sourced fare to be thoughtful with unique gastronomic preparations.. The flavors, textures & overall presentation of each plating was impeccably executed by Chef & staff! The sommelier's pairing for each course was thoughtful & complimented the flavor profiles perfectly. It was wonderful to experience a Quebec wine & Pilsner as well. Anthony, Juan, & their team were attentive & very knowledgeable about each plating & pairing. A culinary journey we highly recommend. We will be back!

Accueil personnalisé chaleureux & simple. Chacune des personnes en salle nous traite comme des invités Le service est impeccable à tous points de vue : délicatesse des gestes, explication claire du menu & des vins d'accompagnement, complicité entre les membres de l'équipe. Le raffinement des plats, leur présentation originale & la qualité de la nourriture nous font vivre une expérience unique de dégustation & de découvertes remarquables.
Une soirée d'anniversaire remarquable. À vivre de nouveau à coup sûr!

Expérience unique & personnel attentionné!! Le menu est créatif & surréel! Le service est fluide & apaisant . Les temps de pause entre les services est juste parfait! On n'a pas l'impression d'attendre malgré le temps entre les services parce que le rythme est bien calculé. On passe 3 heures à table sans en avoir conscience . Seule critique constructive: j'ai pris les accords sans alcool, les mocktails étaient originaux excellents (mais vraiment excellents), mais volumineux donc bourratifs... avoir de plus petits formats permettrait de ne pas voler la vedette au repas!! Merci à l'équipe pour cette expérience hors du commun!

Une expérience culinaire unique. Moment de grand bonheur pour les yeux & les papilles..
excellent repas. Choix du gastronomique. Je n'ai malheureusement pas le budget pour y retourner. Mais ça se planifie tel un voyage. Ça vos le coup!!!
Peut être un petit commentaire les couteaux laguiole. Ne coupe pas bien

Beautiful restaurant. Exceptional service.
My wife & I chose the five course menu each & a bottle of wine. Very nice food presentation. Unique dining experience. Expect to be there for close to three hours.
Prices not shown on the website & on the menu. Bill came out to $400 with tip.
