At the pinnacle of restaurant experiences are places like Laurie Raphael. Every moment is choreographed. The restaurant itself is beautiful & quiet, & the entrance takes you to the kitchen where the chefs greet you with a cornucopia of items you will be seeing later in a much more sophisticated state. The stonewear used to decorate the table is designed to add calm. Individual courses are described in detail & served elegantly. If you are familiar with restaurants like Joel Robuchon, Central (in Lima, Peru), or Taillevent, you will know what to expect. The attention to detail is exquisite. The subtle melange of tastes was delightful & fascinating. of course, an experience like this comes at a cost. Those contemplating a visit should be aware. A bottle from their Wine Spectator-awarded cellar may cost more than an entire meal at some very good restaurants. We thought the meal was worth the price.

We always appreciate great food/wine dinners. This dinner was for sure in our top 5 dinners we EVER had! Food was delicious, with little surprising twists. Creative & light! The wine pairing was spot on & the service couldn't have been any better! Very friendly & attentive, without being over the top! What a fantastic dinner! For sure worth going back! Absolutely LOVED it

Our evening at the restaurant was a delightful experience. Each dish was creatively assembled, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. The service was warm, attentive, & made us feel truly welcome. The wine selection perfectly matched our tastes, rounding out a memorable dining experience.

Quite possibly the best restaurant we've had the pleasure of dining at, & we've been to many 1 & 2 Michelin star restaurants. After a warm greeting by the host, we were taken to the kitchen to quickly to say hello the chefs (nice touch!). The ambiance of the restaurant is chic but not overdone. We dined in their outdoor area & got to take in some of Quebec City. Our server was amazing. Super knowledgeable about the food & wine, & the whole staff was super attentive to every need. The food & wine were exquisite! The pairings were excellent & our server helped modify the pairing for my wife who can't drink red wine. It's a shame that Michelin doesn't cover Quebec City because this place deserves more global recognition. Thanks for a wonderful dinner experience, Team Laure Raphael!

We went for the entire gastronomic experience including the different wines with each course. Service at all levels was excellent, Kevin our primary waiter was extremely knowledgeable about why the wine paired so well with the food. Absolutely fantastic, definitely recommended!

Fabulous evening at Laurie Raphaël for our son's 24th birthday! The food was sensational from start to finish with each service an explosion of incredible flavours. The service was absolutely impeccable from the minute we arrived & we especially enjoyed the entertaining & nuanced descriptions of each wine pairing by the sommelier. Be prepared for a sizeable bill at the end of the night but rest assured that you will come away from your evening having had a once in a lifetime gastronomic experience that you will never forget!

Incredible evening. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairings. Great food, great ambiance, but the highlight was the sommelier. He was passionate about his wines & explained everything really well.
