Wow, quelle belle expérience. Magnifique soirée avec toute votre équipe, de l'accueil à notre arrivée, jusqu'à notre départ! J'ai pris l'accord mets vins découverte & ce fût un réel plaisir en bouche. Le tout se mariait très bien avec les plats servis. Chapeau pour la recherche des saveurs, mes coups de coeur: le plat de foie gras barraté, le plat végé (particulièrement la sauce 😍) & le plat de morue charbonnière.

Interesting tasting menu & experience overall. Service was outstanding. The flavours were amazing & unique all the way through the menu. Standouts to me were the foie gras & the cheese course. The dessert was also my favourite from the Michelin restaurants I tried this week! They definitely earn their star & I would love to come back next time I'm in town. A few small hiccups here & there but everything quickly rectified.

Très belles assiettes, certains plats étaient délicieux, mais d'autres étaient OK sans plus. Le service était trop omniprésent & envahissant à notre goût. Avoir un seul menu gastronomique sans la possibilité de choisir chacun nos mets n'était pas idéal pour nous. Il y a plusieurs bons restaurants gastronomiques à Québec qui sont plus intéressants pour un meilleur prix, à notre goût.

Tout simplement divin! Dès notre arrivée, il
était évident que nous allions vivre une vie expérience unique: le chef Raphaël nous accueille dans la cuisine avec sa brigade & nous remercie d'avoir choisi ce restaurant. Par la suite, service chaleureux, sympathique & sans prétention, tout est orchestré & synchronisé comme une symphonie! Les plats sont sublimes tant au niveau de la présentation que des saveurs! L'accord vin proposé était une aventure pour les papilles & la présentation faite par Kevin impeccable!

Un grand cuisinier, des plats exceptionel sauf peut être le genre de soupe servi en dernier qui n avait pas sa place selon nous & les dessert qui était ordinaire. Un chef pour les desserts serait un atout. Le sommelier avait une mauvaise halene & c est verser un quart de verre avec ma bouteille a 300$. Les serveurs n'arret pas de s'adresseren a nous en anglais & il sont tous très stressant & intrussif.
