Our family spanning generations enjoyed a fabulous meal at Le Bedeau. The highlight of our evening was the personalized service provided by our server, Naika. She gave us wonderful & spot-on recommendations & played into our own family humor, delighting each person at the table. The restaurant's interior is mesmerizing-perfect for chatting & reveling in excellent wines, cocktails, & a tasty food menu. Each dish was better than the last! Thank you, Naika, for a special evening & for treating us like family. We highly recommend Le Bedeau!

We ordered the tasting menu, along with the wine pairing, & really loved our meal. The food was creative & delicious , & our server Naika was great: attentive, friendly & knowledgeable & importantly, very patient with our endless questions about the food & wine! We had 3 main courses followed by dessert, each very different in style & influence. Won't spoil the fun by giving details, but will share that the sauces on the dishes were amazing.

Only improvement.

Crudo scallop with their gin & citrus marinade had a beautifully fresh presentation, & the flavor profile was intriguing. However, the dish was unfortunately too salty, which overpowered the delicate balance of the scallop & citrus. With a lighter hand on the seasoning, this could be a standout. It was wonderful accompanied by an Italian wine 🥰

What a great spot, food paired incredibly with the wine. Atmosphere was perfect & staff fantastic particular shoutout to the server who grew up in Saskatoon.

Highlight was the asparagus, ragu & steak!

Mediocre food & mediocre wine for exorbitant prices. Tasting menu for 3 courses plus dessert was over 350 CAD for 2. If you are going to specialize in wine at least know what grapes are in the wine being served. Service was lack luster forgetting silverware on 2/4 courses. Both of us left hungry & disappointed. Do not recommend.

We had a wonderful time here as spontaneous walk-in customers. We loved the food, the wine & the service by Alex who was new at Le Bedeau but excellent nonetheless. Highly recommended for a good dining experience in a modern & cool setting in this old & wonderful city.
