Il manquait un serveur pour la section où nous étions. Quelques erreurs de timing avec la nourriture & l'accord des vins. Charger l'ajout de foccachia pour terminer un plat alors qu'au départ il n'avait qu'un mince morceau par personne..
Belle expérience générale. Accord met & vin surprenamment bon en général.

Expérience exceptionnelle au coeur de la ville de Québec. Menu très diversifié & amusant. Atmosphère décontractée. Service impeccable. Je recommande fortement ce choix à tous si vous passer dans le coin.

Tout était vraiment très bien. Seul bémol : nous avons pris la planche de trois fromages & ceux-ci étaient froids & non à température ambiante.
Une amatrice de fromage exigeante ;-)

Certainly the best meal we had in a week in Quebec. The chowder & the mushroom risotto were both incredible. Wine selection was excellent for both meals. Emile's service was outstanding, & altho we lost the challenge to identify the mystery wine of the night, he explained to us something about that wine as well as about the others. We will certainly come back when we get back up to Quebec!

Super service d'Émile au bar; très professionnel. Merci beaucoup!
La trame musicale laissait à désirer (ABBA).
Entendre les serveurs/serveuses discuter au passe-plats de leur soirée de la veille & entendre un « tabarnak » bien senti.
Apercevoir un cuisinier se servir à main nu dans un récipient au passe-plats & porter à sa bouche des garnitures à plusieurs reprises. Le manque de cuisson du risotto parfois croquant & la courge (carpaccio) qui était très coriace, difficile à couper & sans goût; nos voisins plus âgés l'ont laissée intact.
Dommage, l'idée est excellente mais un petit blanchiment avec aromates ou une petite chaleur pour l'attendrir l'aurait mis en valeur..... mais ça reste vous les experts.
Terminons qu'en même sur une note positive avec vos incroyables vins qui nous ont impressionnés.
