Nous souhaitons revenir le plus tôt possible pour continuer de passer à travers le menu : mets exquis, cuisine imaginative, accords mets-vin magiques (tanins soyeux), service informé & chaleureux, portions copieuses (& adaptables au besoin(description détaillé du menu d'entrée de jeu), excellents prix. En somme, une perle rare.
Fabuleux resto, chaleureux, service des plus sympathiques, de grande qualité... un peu dispendieux quand on prend l'accord mets-vins, mais l'expérience est plus complète, donc...
Tremendous. I can’t stress enough how great the food & service is. My partner & I did the pre set menu+ wine pairing. I’m seeing other reviews about the portion size however we came into knowing it was tapas style- smaller plates. Our server is amazing, the vibe is comfortable, fun & romantic. If you’re a foodie I highly recommend this place. Defiantly will be coming back / recommending this to friends & family. I’m fully English & had no issues with language. Can’t wait to be back in the city to enjoy this place all over again!!!!
Bonjour, je suis vraiment désolée de vous dire ça, mais notre expérience hier a été vraiment décevante. J'avais pris la peine d'appeler pour mentionner que cette réservation était pour une soirée spéciale avec un groupe assez festif & prêt à essayer tout le menu, etc. On nous a placé à la mezanine entre des couples & une famille. Nous avons pris tous les plats sur le menu sauf 1. C'était très bon, mais l'ambiance faisait en sorte que nous nous sentions comme dans un restaurant de type " st-hubert" plutôt qu'un endroit où vivre une expérience unique. C'était décevant. Notre serveuse était très acceuillante mais on a senti qu'il fallait se dépêcher & que ce n'était pas un endroit ou on pouvait avoir des petites attentions. On cherchait une expérience unique, comme on peut avoir dans certains bistros comme la taverne chez Louise, ou Rious & Pettigrrew. Mais hier c'était industriel. Nous étions prêtes à dépenser beaucoup plus d'argent hier, mais l'expérience a fait en forte que nous sommes reparties tôt.
Le Bedeau est un de nos restaurants préférés à Québec, & comme toujours la nourriture était excellente. Le service par contre était plus laborieux & beaucoup moins sympathique que ce à quoi vous nous avez habitué. Puis la climatisation sur la mezzanine est extrêmement désagréable. Mais nous nous sommes régalés! Merci.
One of my favorite restaurants I've been to. Everything was exquisitely prepared & our waiter was very knowledgeable & helpful. My wife & I had a great some. We got a charcuterie board with wine pairing & an entre with our corresponding pairing. I had the snails & my wife had the lamb. Everything was amazing! Would highly suggest. We did end up spending a bit over 100 USD for the both of us, but were more than full & would do this experience again.
What an amazing find! The food was exceptional, the service outstanding. Our waiter Felix was gracious & informative. We had a charcuterie board, a couple of different cheeses, olives, pickled onions, absolutely wonderful. One of the best experiences in a restaurant ever, & I don’t say that lightly, we have traveled extensively in the US & Europe. I highly recommend this restaurant.
