Décor superbe, menu alléchant & plats délicieux. Mais l'expérience dégustation avec accord vin n'est pas à la hauteur. Plats inégaux entre les 3 convives. Couverts & Verres à vins non changés entre les services. Le serveur absent. Un collègue est souvent venu pour palier son absence/ délai de service.

Personnellement j'aime ce genre. Il y'a avantages de mets/vins impossible à réaliser autrement. J'adore. Ce n'est pas une première car je suis allé au mange grenouille au Bic & au Château Frontenac autrefois pour un semblable expérience

Quel service.
Wow les repas. Nous avons dévoré jusqu'à la dernière goutte de chacune des sauces (j'ai demandé une cuillère pour m'en assurer 😉).
