A luxurious & beautiful restaurant. The staff was very knowledgeable & professional, & made great food & beverage recommendations. The dishes looked nice & were quite tasty.

Only improvement.

Crudo scallop with their gin & citrus marinade had a beautifully fresh presentation, & the flavor profile was intriguing. However, the dish was unfortunately too salty, which overpowered the delicate balance of the scallop & citrus. With a lighter hand on the seasoning, this could be a standout. It was wonderful accompanied by an Italian wine 🥰

Quelle bonne bouffe encore, les chefs se dépassent & les vins sont exceptionnels. Je souhaite écrire ici un commentaire constructif: la musique moins forte, voire plus'feutrée' serait appréciée. & j'irais avec des serviettes de table en tissus, vous avez la qualité & les prix qui le justifient.

C'est une magnifique soirée que nous avons passée entre amis ! Le service de Samuel était professionnel, attentionné, mais surtout pas guindé. Nous avions dégusté le menu découverte & chacun des plats étaient tout aussi élégants que savoureux. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !!

Very nice aesthetically, but the food took so very, very long & there was next to no one in there. The hangar steak & scalloped potatoes were ok, but would have been better with some additional salt on the steak. They forgot our bread. Both drinks & food died in the window waiting for someone to bring it out. Very attentive until they took our order & then not after.

Très bonne cuisine. Vous pouvez manger sur la terrasse bien aménagée simplement sur la rue piétonne. Excellent service. Belle soirée avec des amis de partout à travers le monde. Je me sentais touriste dans ma propre ville & vraiment ailleurs !

In Quebec City for the week for work, & this is the best restaurant I've been to by far. From the service to the preparation to the taste, everything was perfect.

I ordered the hanger steak, with potatoes & truffle butter. The steak was tender & had a wonderful gravy on top, mixed with the truffle butter was a great flavor combo. The potatoes were soft on the inside & seared to a nice crisp on the outside.

My bartender also provided top notch service. I sat next to the drink station & she put such care into each drink. She also made some great drink recommendations! They all looked great & tasted better!

This is definitely a restaurant I'll keep on my list & return to the next time I'm in QC.
