Excellent du début à la fin. Cuisine originale, je retiens le gravlax de truite & le tataki de cerf. Idem pour le mocktail & la crème brûlée déconstruite. Tout était délicieux & le service très bon.

Un menu axé sur la fraîcheur & sur les saveurs. Un mélange exquis pour une couleur unique. Décor créant un effet de détente comme si le temps s'arrêtait pour ce plaisir gustatif. J'ai expérimenté le magret de canard (une première) pour un pur délice. Un lieu à découvrir que je recommande fortement. Bravo au chef & à toute l'équipe.

J'ai vraiment adoré l'expérience, la nourriture est excellente. Le service impeccable. Le menu est minimaliste mais choix très varié quand même. Je ne me souviens pas la dernière fois que j'ai autant aimé 100% dun restaurant. Je recommande fortement!
