Très bon menu déjeuner, beaucoup de choix. Le café était excellent. Servis dans des bols à soupe. Le service est très bon & rapide. Ils possèdent des toilettes mixtes très belles & propres.

Très mauvaise expérience la dernière fois que nous y sommes allés entre amis. Cela a pris au moins une vingtaine de minutes avant que le serveur vienne nous voir pour commander nos cafés. Jusque là, rien de dramatique. Après plusieurs minutes on commande nos repas & lorsqu'ils arrivent, il a eu une erreur avec mon assiette. Pas de problème je demande l'oeuf manquant à part, mais je ne reçois pas la bonne cuisson. Ce n'est pas grave, ça arrive. Là où ça se corse, c'est lors des paiements de nos factures. Le serveur a malencontreusement fait payer nos factures à la table à côté de la nôtre. Il nous propose qu'une personne de notre table paye la facture de la table voisine pour pouvoir fermer sa table & nous rembourser la différence (?) . Cela ne fonctionne pas puisque nous souhaitons payer individuellement nos reçus. Il nous mentionne alors qu'il doit s'informer avec sa gérante, mais que cela va être long. Cela a pris au moins une quarantaine de minutes. Il restait pratiquement juste notre table dans le restaurant... Lorsqu'on a demandé un suivi, le serveur nous a mentionné que c'était pas de sa faute & qu'il avait proposé une solution rapide & que nous avons refusé... En quoi les erreurs du serveur deviennent notre responsabilité Bref, j'étais une clientèle régulière & ça m'a enlevé le goût d'y retourner. De plus, mon ami a envoyé deux courriels à la direction & aucun retour, très ordinaire.

C'est tellement rapide qu'on a pas le temps de profiter d'un bon moment. Café & oeufs bénédictines tièdes très déçue car j'ai souvent dîner dans une autre succursale & tout était à point. Les serveurs impeccables.

Bel endroit dans le vieux-Québec. Beau menu de déjeuner avec touche du Québec. Bon repas, gaufre un peu trop dense à mon goût. Crème à l'érable wow ! Café au lait inclus & délicieux ! Service rapide & courtois. Prix raisonnable.
