Considering the prices, I was expecting more from the food, but it turned out to be pretty basic. Onion soup was the only dish that was actually delicious.

My mother & I arrived late to Quebec & we had the pleasure of being served by William F! There were so many diners, but he made sure to take good care of us. He was so hospitable, knowledgeable, & extremely attentive to us despite being so busy - a huge reason as to why we enjoyed the restaurant! He's the very embodiment of generosity & hospitality that you associate with restaurants. Thank you again, William!

The poutine had very little cheese compared to the pictures, & it was a bit cold. The alcoholic drinks were also quite weak. The atmosphere was nice, though. Overall, I'd give it 3 stars.

We went on a Wednesday evening in September & the place was less than half full. We ordered beside drinks, a starter & a main course. Drinks came quickly starter as well, but unfortunately cold. The waiter did not asked once, if everything is okay neither while we were eating or as he took away the plates.
We then had to wait more than 45 minutes for our main courses (steak & frites & the other was ribs). During this time nobody was asking if we wanted another drink as our glasses were empty for a long time. Finally the food came, but one of the half racks was completely burned (hidden under the BBQ sauce). To be fair after I complained they exchanged the burned rack), but as chef you must recognize before you prepare the plate.
Even as several waiters were involved none of them recognized our empty glasses or was asking how the food tastes.
The taste itself was good, but it is what you see often in restaurant chains. Nobody cares if customers come back or not & that is the way how you are treated.
In addition the atmosphere is like in a waiting hall & it is extremely loud although it was not full.
