I can't rave enough about Le Sam. The food was excellent. The service was slow but extremely well taken care of. Ambiance...AMAZING. I would recommend the French onion soup & the cheese board! If you're in Quebec City...this is a must

We had been waiting for years to eat at Bistro Le Sam. Although the service was great the food not so much. My wife had the Burrata which was not as described Cherry tomatoes still had stems on them & they were not candied, Cucumbers not grilled, as well as just a tasteless dish. Fish & chips was good but with child's portion of fish. All in all the food ruined it for us. The service staff could teach the kitchen staff something about professionalis. We will provide details in future blogs as we tour Canada & France.
