This restaurant has OUTSTANDING food & service. We did the Chef Tasting Menu. We were waited on by many staff but Francis & Danny were our primary waiters. We were there almost 3 hours & loved every minute. I had a wine flight to accompany the food which had very diverse wines that I enjoyed very much as well. Make a reservation today!
¨Pats remarquables, créatifs, beaux & délicieux. Chef de grand talent & service très attentionné. Seul défaut: musique de fond de type disco avec sons r.épétitifs qui nous ont agacés & qui ne cadrent pas avec l'esprit gastronomique du restaurant.
This was a fantastic experience! We enjoyed the Chef's tasting menu immensely! The food was creative, local & demonstrated a sophisticated understanding of the balance of acid, fat & texture. The Chef is still early in his career at the age of 27. The future looks very bright for this talented young Chef! The service was also efficient, unobtrusive & informative. The expo, server & sommelier all worked in tight orchestration that never made us feel rushed or ignored. They were as equally passionate about the food & wine as the Chef! The atmosphere was un-pretentious & welcoming. The wine list had a great selection to fit every taste & price point. I am a Chef & my partner is a Sommelier & we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When I say experience, I mean just that, our evening at Légende par la Tanière was more than just a dinner or nourishment, it was an experience that nourished our appetites & maybe even our souls...Looking forward to coming back on our next visit to Quebec City!

Nous voulions vivre une expérience & ce fut le cas. Nous avons eu le privilège & surtout le plaisir de prendre le menu 6 services préparé avec délicatesse par chef Éliot. Saveur, texture, goût, présentation & service exceptionnel. Cest ce que nous avons vécu!
Pour tout le menu, nous avons noté chacun des plats & sur 10, notre note finale est de 15.
NOUS LE RECOMMANDONS FORTEMENT.
Certains diront que nous en mettons un peu trop... ha ha ha, il vaut le vivre pour écrire ceci.
Fabulous meal. We had the Chef's Experience & the dishes were delicious. The restaurant also has a nice, "boreal" feeling to it accompanied by modern touches.
Amazing experience! Would definitely go back. We sprung for the 6 course chef creation menue with the wine pairing. All the dishes were great & the service excellent! Thank you !

What a wonderful dining experience. Newly reopened after pandemic shut down, the service was impeccable. The chef's menu is not to be missed...it is an exceptionally good value & each dish was exquisite. Chef Beaudoin is definitely a star on the rise. At only 27(?) I can only hope to follow him as his cuisine develops.

Woah !! le menu création avec les accords des vins du chef Elliot ainsi que de la sommelière Caroline était agréablement surprenant.
Sans oublier Destiny la chef pâtissière qui même en plein service es venu discuter ( qui pas ailleurs m'as fait gouter l'un de ces desserts préférer ) Merci a elle ,).
