An outstanding experience. The food is exquisite. The service is impeccable. The presentation is a feast for the eye. & if you abstain from alcohol you will be over the moon with the mocktail selections paired with the chef's menu. In fact, your friends will be envious, because after all, they are only getting wine! Seriously though, the wine pairings were lovely too. Truly superb & worth every cent.

Superbe expérience culinaire, nous avons pris les créations du chef avec l'accord mets-vins prestige. Sam à l'entrée, Allison, Roxane (?) ainsi que toute l'équipe qui nous ont présenté les plats ont été parfait. Merci pour la belle soirée!

A bit over rated, Good service, interesting presentation of chef's six course meal. Top quality food.
Thought that with its high ratings, restaurant might have more ambiance as it was sort of a tired, rustic look.

Notre plus belle expérience gastronomique pendant notre séjour de trois à Québec. Un chef très talentueux ( coup de foudre pour le Bar entier & la salade de palourde) & une équipe super dynamique, accueillante & chaleureuse.que du plaisir!

Un excellent moment dans une atmosphère feutrée & naturaliste très agréable (les contraintes COVID sont particulièrement bien gérées avec des espaces séparés par des panneaux transparents). Nus avons choisi le menu dégustation en 6 plats à l'aveugle : intégralement cuisinés à partir des produits locaux, avec beaucoup de raffinement dans la présentation. Côté goût, certains plats nous ont littéralement bluffés quand d'autres nous ont légèrement déçus, avec une très belle intention & des produits de qualité mais un déséquilibre dans l'exécution à notre avis (trop d'acidité notamment). au global une très jolie adresse avec beaucoup de sincérité & d'engagement dans la mise en valeur du terroir, jusqu'au bar qui ne propose également que des produits locaux ou presque (goutez le whisky québécois !). excellente discussion avec le chef sur ce sujet, très ouvert & passionné. La sommelière aussi connait bien son affaire & nous a recommandé un excellent vin du Quebec parfait sur tous les plats.

If you're a foodie, don't miss this incredible opportunity. So many unique flavors. The staff was so knowledgeable about the dishes & it was a great experience.
