Wir haben dort zwei mal gefrühstückt und es war so gut. Sie haben das beste Croissant! Der Kaffee war sehr gut, genauso wie das Gebäck. In dem Ofen werden Brotscheiben teilweise noch warm gemacht, genauso wie das Creme Brulee. Man kann in dieser Filiale auch das Mehl der Moulin Eboulement kaufen. Diese ist übrigens nicht weit entfernt und kann besichtigt werden. Es gibt auch vieles im Kühlregal. Eine unglaubliche tolle Auswahl. Wären wir noch einmal vorbei gekommen hätten wir sicher noch einmal eine Pause dort eingelegt.

Wunderbares selbstgemachtes Brot und tolle Süßigkeiten - vor allem die Croissants waren köstlich! Der Kaffee war auch großartig! Wir waren gleich mehrmals dort! Die beste Bäckerei die wir auf unserer Kanada-Reise besucht gefunden haben!

La nourriture est bonne, mais 18$ pour un croissant garnie, disons que ça devrait plus tourner autour de 10$ maximum, normalement. Une famille de 4 personnes va payer 72$ pour 4 croissants sans aucun accompagnement ni breuvage? Après ça on se demande pourquoi les restaurants ferment...

Arrêt obligatoire dans nos trajets direction Tadoussac. Toujours des bons sandwich chauffés au feu de bois. On achète toujours une fougasse aux olives ainsi que des croissants

Belle endroit pour se rencontrer entre amis pour jaser & prendre un bon café. Si seulement de passage à Baie St-Paul un arrêt pour se rafraîchir. Le pain au raisin & le croissant aux amandes sont mes préférés.

Au départ, je trouvais ça un peu cher, mais après avoir goûté… MIAM! La qualité est exceptionnelle! Du vrai pain, le chocolat chaud goûte le chocolat, je reviens demain pour les croissants!
